The wound tracker tool will allow you to create an initial or a follow-up assessment for a resident’s wound. The flexibility of the software allows the user to assess multiple or single wound in a single assessment. Treatment notes, photographic images and other information about the wound can be attached with the assessment. In a follow-up assessment the new condition of the wound, treatment results or photographic image of the wound after treatment can be attached. Tracking the status and treatment of the wound electronically improves the quality of care and efficiency of the treatment.
