| With MED e-care's On-Line Documentation, Health Care providers can update a resident chart based on the care that has been provided, any unusual occurrence, and ongoing assessments. Room changes, waiting lists, and census reports are provided in this on-line documentation module. It also provides statistical information based on diagnosis, and level of care.
The system updates Care Plan as incidents are reported in the on-line
documentation module. The system monitors for key data as it relates to
the Care Planning and the Quality Indicator modules and updates all modules
and refers information obtained in the on-line documentation to the appropriate
individuals. An interim report is flagged in the incident reporting module and is
updated in the progress notes/on-line documentation. It also generates Ministry
of Health incident reports, as well as Administrative reports surrounding
