| Before you start |

Patches do not require a password. |

New Product and Upgrades require a password |
| To download software or a software upgrade |
|
Click the software link you want to download. |
|
At the logon prompt, please enter your Username and Password. |
|
A folder list for each software you have purchased will be displayed. |
|
Navigate to (click) the software you would like to download. |
|
Double-click the software you want to download to begin the download process. |
|
See release notes for installation instructions. |
|
When download is complete, close the download dialog window. |
|
Download another MED e-care software or close your browser or FTP program window. |
| To download patches |
|
Click the Patch link you want to download. |
|
In the new window that appears click on save. |
|
Then pick the folder where you want to save the patch on your hard disk. |
|
Navigate to (click) the software you would like to download. |
|
The patch file includes instructions on how to install the patch. |
